So Tired
I do not know my head.
I am so tired
I think I’ve lost my mind
I lay here
beg
plead
That I am given more time.
I am so so tired
I kind of feel lost
If I were to disappear tomorrow
would there be a cost?
All I have wanted
in this life of mine
was to live
love
I try to have hope
every single day
but somehow i feel
It all slipping away.
I am so tired.
Luna

Oh! I’m recently so familiar with this particular feeling… But after all each of us gets some time to rest in the end of the day, we just need to find this power in ourselves to cope with what we have to do. Awesome flow!
Luna, do take care! Illness is something I have nowadays too, but don’t give in 🙂 friends are there to give you support always. And that itself to me gives me hope! Relax when you’re not writing, not reading and save up your energy 🙂
My Post Is Here
thank you I am…
How I could relate to your poem this week. Hope tends to hide from me when I’m tired and weak from the daily battle, but rest assured it does return. You have a gift for expressing your feelings and we all benefit in someway from your words. Keep on sharing your journey, Luna!
Dear Luna
Three cheers at least for the Jingle award
Even if you are ” tired” perhaps a smidgen less bored
Wake up and smell the devious roast of your own special brew
Delicious!
lol
I love the first stanza, especially ” I do not know my head.”
I hope you’re feeling better!
Your poem is great, and certainly strikes a chord on many levels, be it concerning health, or even just trying to make ends meet…living is tough work!
When I get tired of being tired I drag myself out of bed, make it or wash the bed clothes depending on the length my latest melan co holy; clean the whole house (room) then myself and go for a walk. By the time I get back.. I’m tired enuff to justfy going back to bed… smiles…
I wish. I have been ill for some time now. when I get up I’m back in bed for a week.
sometimes i do it anyway because, well…i have to live, even if its for a day.
I know that tiredness well. well put! thank you for sharing! Sometime we are left drained and empty with it seems nothing left ot give. we stir our soul and the cream always rises up again.
I love that..:stir our soul” 🙂
cute…
😉
